CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2022 By Kennedy Nyansikera Ombaso, of P.O. Box 1, Kilgoris in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Nyanchama, who died at Mumberes Location, on 4th September, 2000. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2022 By Peris Moraa Ntengeri, of P.O. Box 1, Kilgoris in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Ntengeri Makinda, who died at Bakimonge Location, on 26h August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2022 By Enock Bosire Okiambe, of P.O. Box 3542, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Biriah Kwamboka Okiambe, who died at Nyaguta Location, on 25th May, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
