E154 OF 2022 By Josiah Odero Agawo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Agawo Yamo alias Agawo Yamo, who died at Akom, on 26th November, 1994. CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2022 By (1) Naftal Abuoro Sila, (2) Joshua Ondigo Orando and (3) Gilbert Mune Orando, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Orando Okune alias Sila Orando, who died at Rarieda, on 4th March, 1999. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2022 By Michael Onyango Duolo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiringa Obwao alias Kiringa w/o Obwao, who died at Ochienga, on 3rd April, 1989. CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2022 By Iddah Atieno Abel, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bendicto Agwenge Odero alias Benedict Agwenge Odero, who died at Maranda, on 19th January, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
