Box 7, Ng’iya in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrice Agutu Adhola alias Agutu Adhola, who died at Mur Ng’iya Village, on 16th March, 1998. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2022 By Erick Oduor Amuga, of P.O. Box 192, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pascal Amuga Opondo, who died at Kadenge, on 1st June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E45 “A” OF 2022 By Trufosa Adhiambo Wambegua, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damiano Omolo Lanyo alias Damiano Omolo, who died at Umala, on 25th June, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
