TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2022 By Mary Aoko Midianga, of P.O. Box 248, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silfanus Midiang’a Midege alias Midiang’a Midege, who died on 28th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2022 By Leah Akinyi Siaji, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fildas Smith Otieno, who died on 10th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
