TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2021 By Janet Mueni Kaleli, of P.O. Box 57–90132, Sultan Hamud in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kaleli Kanyasya, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 28th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By Alice Wanzila John, of P.O. Box 12–90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timona Kimolo Mbane alias Timona Kamolo Mbane, who died at Kiogwani, who died on 15th June, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
