TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 6th May, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 61 OF 2020 By (1) Doris Ngithi Ngunguru, (2) Anna Muruga Ngunguru and (3) Dickson Wachira Ngunguru, all of P.O. Box 141, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sisters and brothers, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Nyaga Ngunguru, who died on 6th December, 1996. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2022 By Robert Nyaga Nyaki, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaki Getari alias Nyaki Gitari, who died at Njigo, on 1st June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2022 By Edwin Macharia Njeru, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Kigoro, who died at Siakago, on 5th May, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
