TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 57 OF 2022 By Francis Kenyatta John, of P.O. Box 231, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Matu Njagi alias M’Matu Njagge, late of Embu East, who died at Kagaari, Embu, on 10th October, 1992. CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2022 By (1) John Paul Kinyua Njeru and (2) Alfred Norman Mugoh, both of P.O. Box 62, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Naman alias George Njeru Naman, who died at St. Michael Nursing Home, on 3rd September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
