TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2021 By (1) Peterson Mbuguah Kamiri and (2) Fredrick Karanja Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 65, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Kibunja, who died at Gatitika, on 1st December, 2016 . CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2022 By (1) Faith Wangui Peterson, (2) Joyce Wakuthii Njagi and (3) Karen Wambura Njagi, all of P.O. Box 1, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peterson Njagi Kibata, who died at Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
