Box 27–40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elkana Ochola Okune alias Achola Okune, who died at Lower Kakwajuok, on 9th May, 1988. CAUSE NO. 247 OF 2022 By Joseph Malo Kanyago, of P.O. Box 536, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kanyago Rabach, late of Karabach Sub-location, who died there on 23rd April, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
