Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabina Magaki Ongori, who died at Kisii, on 21st March, 2018. CAUSE NO. 735 OF 2021 By Teresa Nyanchama Oimeke, of P.O. Box 2386–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monyenye Menge, who died at Kisii Town, on 10th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E740 OF 2021 By Yunes Nyamunsi Mokumi, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mokumi Okari alias Charles Mokomi Okari, who died on 20th February, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
