TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 6th May, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 247 OF 2020 By Alloys Atisi Otundo, of P.O. Box 346–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Agnes Moraa Otundo alias Moraa Otundo and (2) Thomas Menge Kararia, who both died at Nyanchwa, Nyansancha Sub-location, on 8th June, 2017 and 10th December, 1999, respectively. CAUSE NO. E585 OF 2021 By Yuvinalis Moragwa Ongori, of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyanchera Matundura, who died at Bogiakumu Location, on 13th October, 2011. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
