TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 516 OF 2021 By Ridah Nyabate Ratemo, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ratemo Mosegere, who died on 7th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. 705 OF 2021 By Hellen Mogoi Moseti, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zebedeo Moseti Menta, who died at Bogitaa Sub- location, on 24th November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
