TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2022 By (1) Hillary Kibor Kimaiyo, (2) Noah Langat Kiamiyo and Shadrack Kipkemei Kiamaiyo, of P.O. Box 923−30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nyamboke Kimaiyo, late of Kapseret, who died on 21st May, 2019. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2022 By Rosemary Naliaka Wasombo, of P.O. Box 1027, Kiambaa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Some Tanui, late of Kapsei, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
