TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2022 By (1) Daniel Musyoka Mutinda and (2) James Mwanzia Mutinda, both of P.O. Box 239–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mutinda Kambi, who died at Misewani, on 14th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2022 By Joseph Ngundi Muimi, of P.O. Box 923–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nguti Muimi Ngombo, who died at KDH, on 24th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
