TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2022 By (1) Esther Njoki Murage and (2) Joyce Muthoni Nyaga, both of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Kinyua Nyaga, who died at Kwa Muthike Area, Sagan, Kenol, on 28th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2022 By Joseph Kariuki Ireri, of P.O. Box 486, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cecily Wanjira Kivia, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
