TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2022 By Peter Kaara Mwaura, of P.O. Box 1529-20117, Naivasha, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mungai Kaara, who died at Kijabe S/L, on 5th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2022 By Mary Nyambura Macharia, of P.O. Box 1788-20117, Naivasha, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Macharia Nyaga, who died at N.K.C.H, on 16th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
