TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 323 OF 2021 By Mary Wambui Bugua, of P.O. Box 431−20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Symon Bugua Kihara alias Symon Mbuguah Kihara, who died at Kianjogu, on 17th May, 2017. CAUSE NO. 189 OF 2022 By Peter Kamau Njagi, of P.O. Box 3, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njagi Githariko, late of Rurii Location, who died at Oljabet Hospital in Kenya, on 10th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
