TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 435 OF 2021 By Winfred Nyakweya Bundi, of P.O. Box 109−20306, Ndaragwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Bundi Mbora, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 27th June, 2013. CAUSE NO. 596 OF 2021 By (1) Lucy Wambui Kihungi, (2) Martin Mwathi Kihungi and (3) Gladys Muthoni Mayogi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pauline Wanjiku Kihungi, who died on 5th September, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
