TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E665 OF 2021 By Joyce Kanyi Gachagui, of P.O. Box 18871–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njomo Kiroko, who died at Kahuho, on 17th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2022 By (1) Nallan Gathee Gathee, and (2) Cindy Wambui, both of P.O. Box 72217–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Wachuka Gathee, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
