TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 6th May, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2022 By Richard Bobby Odero, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Oyoo Liya alias Pitalis Oyoo Liaya, who died at Buoye Sub-location, on 21st November, 1990. CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2022 By Everlyne Atieno Ochola, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Ouma Okumu, who died on 4th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
