TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2022 By (1) Kishor Kumar Harilal Jethwa, of 8, Hestercombe Way, Landsdale WA 6065, Australia and (2) Leena Shilpal Mandalia, of P.O. Box 98564–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harilal Purshottam Anand Jethwa alias Jethwa Harilal Purshottam Anand, who died at Muguga Green, Nairobi, on 17th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
