TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2022 By (1) Rakonik ene Kaleyia and (2) Noonkota ene Kaleyia, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaleyia ole Kiyikeya alias Kaleiyia ole Kiyikeya, who died on 28th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2022 By John Wainaina Kamau, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Silas Mburu Mwaura, who died at Enchorro Emuny, on 23rd January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
