TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 1 OF 2022 By Hassan Saibu Musa, of P.O. Box 177, Funyula in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatuma Kagutu Musa, who died at Busijo, Sarnia, on 19th January, 2012. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2022 By (1) Ahme Wankia Omari and (2) Mohamed Wabwire Omar, both of P.O. Box 597, Busia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alhaji Omar Musana, who died at Busijo, Samia, on 1st August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
