Box 200-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adiang Kwame alis Andiang Kwame, who died on 5th July, 2000. CAUSE No. E25 OF 2021 By Margret Nyakoyo Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odhiambo Kwaye, who died on 18th September, 2007. CAUSE No. E77 OF 2021 By Maurice Odira Gor, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gradus Gor Apamo alias Gor Apamo, who died on 1st June, 2007. CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2021 By Peter Otieno Odira, the deceased's stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Atieno, who died on 15th April, 2000. CAUSE No. E37 OF 2022 By Rose Anyango Rore, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andericus Omusi Odhul, who died on 9th February, 1998. CAUSE No. E38 OF 2022 By (1) Damaris Akoth Oguda and (2) Moses Otieno Orego, the deceased's niece and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maricus Odero, who died on 1st February, 2001. CAUSE No. E45 of 2022 By (1) Jane Adhiambo Samba, (2) Grace Auma Nyaguara, (3) Sophia Atieno Obunga and (4) Justus Okoth Magolo, the deceased's widows, daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magolo Obunga, who died on 4th November, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
