TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 7 OF 2022 By (1) Jane Akinyi Matengo and (2) Christopher Olang Atieno, the deceased's daughter-in-law and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moro Ogone, who died at Korando "B" Sub-location, on 20th June, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
