TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 510 OF 2021 By (1) Francis Otieno Murunga and (2) Bernard Oluoch Murunga, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murunga Mwanda, who died at Ugunja Sub-location, on 2nd March, 1980. CAUSE No. 538 OF 2021 By Margaret Onyango Oduor, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Ochola Onyango, who died at Kakum Sub-location, on 2nd August, 2006. CAUSE No. 82 OF 2022 By Aloice Raila Ogunga, of P.O. Box 118, Akala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogunga Rabuom alias Petro Ogunga Rabuom, who died at Kaudha East Sub-location, on 4th May, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
