TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 223 OF 2021 By Titus Mutiso Mutuku, of P.O. Box 1500-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Muthio Mutuku, who died at Likoni, on 5th January, 2013. CAUSE No. E26 OF 2022 By Muoki Musyoki, of P.O. Box 14-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoki Muli Kinaa alias Musyoki Muli, who died at Kinango Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 29th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
