TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E31 OF 2022 By Robert Muthungu Wambua, of P.O. Box 295-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the-estate of Wambua Mutwiwa Muthongu alias Wambua Mutwiwa Muthungu alias Wambua Mutwiwa, who died at Kisukioni, Nguluni, on 11th January, 1994. CAUSE No. E32 OF 2022 By Joshua Musyoka Kitonga, of P.O. Box 1014-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kitonga Munyaka alias Kitonga Munyaka, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 12th March, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
