CAUSE No. El 1 OF 2022 By (1) Henry Machungo Moreka, (2) Benjamin Matwetwe Moreka and (3) Rose Kwamboka Kebwaro, all of P.O. CAUSE No. E30 OF 2022 By Mogute Osiemo James, of P.O. Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yobensia Mayieka Maobe, who died at Kilgoris, on 6th May, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
