Box 14-30204, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased's widow, son and daugher, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest simion Kipkee Boit, who died at Racecourse Hospital in Kenya, on 15th March, 2020. CAUSE No. E68 OF 2021 By (1) Justin Kiprono Kipchumba and (2) Richard Kibet, of P.O. Box 270-30100, Kapsowar in Kenya, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Kiprop Marna, who died at Talai, on 24th April, 2021. CAUSE No. E2 OF 2022 By Reuben Kiptarus Rotich, of P.O. Box 142, Kipcherop in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo Cheserk, who died at Kapcherop, on 26th December, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
