TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E 1 OF 2022 By (1) Thabitha Mweni Mwambua and (2) Joshua Musyoki Njeru, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Njeru Kianga, who died at Malindi Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 2021. CAUSE No. E2 OF 2022 By (1) Raphael Mutinda Kaindi and (2) Fredrick Kasyoka Kaindi, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Kaindi Moki alias Alice Katongu Kaindi, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 28th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
