TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E32 OF 2022 By (1) Francis Njuguna Njau, (2) Paul Ngugi Kaberi and (3) Monicah Njeri Ndungu, all of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njau King'ara alias Njau Kang'aara, who died at Kirwara, on 4th July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
