Box 17, Taveta in Kenya, the deceased's sons, through Messrs. Donex Juma & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Shindana Elijah, who died on 8th May, 2017. CAUSE No. E 1 OF 2022 By Alfred Meretoy Mnene, of P.O. Box 63-80302, Taveta in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of probate with will to the estate of Othiniel John Mnene alias Othaniel Mnene, who died at Taveta Hospital in Kenya, on 1st July, 2019. CAUSE No. E2 OF 2022 By Jackson Kimiri Msuya, of P.O. Box 3-80302, Taveta in Kenya, the deceased's father, for a grant of probate with will to the estate of Kennedy Mwaramu Kimiri, who died at Ruins, on 7th October, 2016. CAUSE No. E6 OF 2022 By (1) Jeniffer Kirigho Mwarema and (2) Nakiete Marindo Mwarema, both of P.O. Box 3-80302, Taveta in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of probate with will to the estate of Laurenti Mwarema Mwaruga alias Laurent Mwarema Mwalugha, who died at Kimala Sub-location, on 1st August, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
