TAKE NOTICE that applicatiosn having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 64 OF 2021 By Samwel Omenta Apiemi, of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritina Kerubo Apiemi, who died at Township, on 29th August, 2003. CAUSE No. E14 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Kwamboka Ndubi and (2) Cyrus Mokinu Ndubi, both of P.O. Box 200-40501, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased's mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Nyamoita Ndubi, who died on 16th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
