TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 503 OF 2019 By Florence Bochere Mbaka, of P.O. Box 156, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obadiah Mbaka Mobea alias Mbaka Obadiah Mobea alias Obadia Mbaka Mobea alias Mbaka Obadiah Mobea, who died at Mangere Sub-location, on 15th December, 2014. CAUSE No. 266 OF 2020 By Sitera Kemunto Abineri, of P.O. Box 229-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyando Nyakoria alias Onyando Nyakora, who died at Kisii, on 15th August, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
