TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 563 OF 2020 By William Monari Omwoyo, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omwoyo Mairura, who died at Township Location, on 20th May, 1995. CAUSE No. 662 OF 2021 By Mark Bosire Nyambaye, of P.O. Box 858-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Nyambaye Ototo, who died at Nyamache, on 6th March, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
