TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E55 OF 2022 By Philiph Kiplangat Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 9, Kiptere in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot arap Langat, who died at Itibet, on 10th December, 1984. CAUSE No. E56 OF 2022 By David Kipkurui Rono, of P.O. Box 9, Kiptere in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibiegon arap Rono, who died at Itibet, on 20th December, 1985. CAUSE No. E57 OF 2022 By Geoffrey Kiprotich Rutto, of P.O. Box 9, Kiptere in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Kipruto Kirui, who died at Kapkochei, on 25th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
