TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E38 OF 2022 By Justus Mutei Kilonzi, of P.O. Box 55-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Franciscah Mali Kilonzi, who died at Kitui County Referral Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. E57 OF 2022 By ( 1 ) Erastus Mutisya Kimanthi and (2) Beatrice Makasi Samson, both of P.O. Box 316-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Ndumba, who died at Utooni, on 14th March, 1991. CAUSE No. E80 OF 2022 By (1) Kalunda Mwanzia and (2) David Muli Ndumba, both of P.O. Box 818-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katalina Kasina Muli alias Kasina Muli, who died at Kaveta Sub-location, on 13th February, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
