TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E82 OF 2022 By (1) Lazarus M. John Kisuko and (2) Linah Ndanu John, both of P.O. Box 80-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Munanie John, who died at Neema Hospital in Kenya, on 5th March, 2005. CAUSE No. E92 OF 2022 By Mutua Kwoko, of P.O. Box 37-90204, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakayo Kwoko Katonga, who died at Ngangani Sub-location, on 9th May, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
