CAUSE No. E8 OF 2022 By Mugendi M'Mugambi, of P.O. Box 377, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugambi Mwirichia alias M'Mugambi Mwirichia, who died at Igoji Location, on 24th July, 1986. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By Euphraim Kaburu M'Rachi, of P.O. Box 239, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abedan Ndiga Njuuri, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2000. CAUSE No. EIO OF 2022 By Mbabu Ndubi, of P.O. Box 77, Marima in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndubi Ithara alias Ndubi M'Ithara, who died at Iriga, on 11th March, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
