TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2022 By (1) Eliphas Gitari Kamundi and (2) Margret Karimi Murithi, both of P.O. Box 642, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Kamunde M'Imuru, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 2016. CAUSE No. E6 OF 2022 By Ashford Kinyua M'Arewa, of P.O. Box 83, Marima in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rewa Mbwiria alias M'Arewa M'Mbwiria, who died at Iriga Sub-location, on 24th April, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
