Box 334, Wang'uru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathara Rurung'a, who died at Wachoro Sub-location, on 28th September, 1992. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2021 By (1) Evelina Wanjira Gatimu and (2) Miriam Wanjiru Gatimu, both of P.O. Box 3-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatumu Muruga, who died at Oloolop Sub-location, on 17th February, 2014. CAUSE No. E24 OF 2022 By Catherine Kanini, of P.O. Box 32-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ngugi Githinji, who died at Olekasasi Isolation, on 8th August, 2021. CAUSE No. E36 OF 2022 By Nelso Ndwiga Ngondi, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Ciukinyua, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 31st May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
