TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 176 OF 2021 By Anthony Palmer Dodds, of P.O. Box 15-20321, Rumuruti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Lucinda Dodds, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 31st October, 2021. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Brian Muteithia Mbui and (2) Lewis Munene Mugira, both of P.O. Box 166-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evelyn Nkirote Thaimuta, late of Kirigara, who died at Kiirua Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
