TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E101 OF 2022 By (1) Waithira Grace Kangethe and (2) Allan Gachui Kangethe, both of P.O. Box 40205-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Kangethe Gachui, late of Buruburu, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 9th April, 2021. CAUSE No. El 12 OF 2022 By (1) George Kangara Mbui and (2) James Mwangi Mbui, both of P.O. Box 864-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Mukami Wambue, late of Ngegu, who died there on 12th May, 2021. CAUSE No. E135 OF 2022 By (1) Elizabeth Wangari Kinyanjui, (2) Stephen Kinyanjui Kariuki and (3) Kamau Kinyanjui Munge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kinyanjui Munenge alias Kinyanjui Munene alias Kinyanjui Munenge, late of Kiambu, who died at Ndeiya Location, on 4th December, 1975. CAUSE No. E138 OF 2022 By (1) Robert Waiganjo Murugo and (2) Irene Njeri Murugo, both of P.O. Box 16887, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wanjiku Mwangi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th December, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of tins notice in the Kenya Gazette.
