TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 101 OF 2022 By (1) Teresa Nyambogo and (2) Caren Olga Akinyi, both of P.O. Box 7918-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silfanus Nyambogo Bwana alias Nyambogo Bwana, who died Ojolla Sub- location, on 7th October, 1999. CAUSE No. 102 OF 2022 By Tom Odegah Kowegi, both of P.O. Box 7918-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Owegi Opiyo alias Owegi Opiyo, who died Ojolla Sub-location, on 14th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
