Box 15, Subukia in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimoi Amdany Chongwo, who died at Wei Sub-location, on 5th September, 1995. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2022 By (I) Stephen Machua Gachoka and (2) Charles Kamau Gachoka, both of P.O. Box 74416-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachoa Machua, late of Milimani, who died there on 24th July, 2020. CAUSE No. E173 OF 2022 By (1) Anne Wangari Wachira and (2) Timothy Lee Mugo Wachira, both of P.O. Box 6333-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Wachira Mugo, late of Kasarani, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
