TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E4 OF 2021 By (1) Christopher Sungura Mukhongo and (2) William Waswa Murunga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jafetha Makokha Murunga alias Jafetha Makokha Murunga, who died at E. Sangalo Sub-location, on 24th February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
