TAKE NOTICE that applicationS having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E13 OF 2022 By (1) Durriyah Amirali Mohamedali Esmailji and (2) Ratanbanu Shafique Zavery, both of P.O. Box 88831-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amirali Mulla Mohamedali Esmailji alias Amirali Mohamedali Esmailji, who died at Tudor Estate, Mombasa, on 13th October, 2020. CAUSE No. E26 OF 2022 By (1) Karim Amirali Alarakhia and (2) Alim Alarakhia, both of P.O. Box 8211-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Amirali Gulamali Alarakhia, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 29th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
