NOTICE is given pursuant to section 406 of the Insolvency Act, 2015, that an extraordinary general meeting of the company duly convened and held virtually on 14th April, 2022 at 11.00 a.m. A special resolution was duly passed for the liquidation of the company by way of a creditor's voluntary liquidation and proposed Peter Kahi to act as the liquidator for the purpose of liquidating the company's affairs and distributing its assets.
