NOTICE is given under section 417 of the Insolvency Act, 2015, that I, Peter Kahi, Insolvency Practitioner, of P.O. Box 14077-00800, Nairobi, was on 28th April, 2022 appointed liquidator of Mara (EPZ) Limited pursuant to section 408 of the Insolvency Act for the purpose of liquidating the company's affairs and distributing its assets.
